Upon entering 50 Upper Montclair Plaza. Take the elevator up to the 2nd floor to reach Suite 207 ( it will say Rooted Healing, LLC, this is a shared suite). The building is fully accessible with elevator access to ensure a seamless arrival.
When the elevator doors open on the second floor, turn to your left. Head down the tiled hallway past the indoor plants toward the suite entrance, where you'll walk towards our serene shared waiting space.

Follow the hallway all the way to the end. Our private therapy office is located behind Door 207 ( within shared suite of Rooted Healing), offering a quiet, confidential, and comfortable environment for your sessions.

Our building at 50 Upper Montclair Plaza is nestled right between Pulse House and bloom Childcare + Coworking. Look for those two storefronts along the plaza. Our main entrance is right between them, taking you straight to the lobby directory and elevator.

Don't worry if you don't see "Bridging Bonds" listed on the main directory downstairs! Our practice shares a space within Rooted Healing, LLC (Suite 207). Simply follow the directory listing for Suite 207 up to the 2nd floor, and you'll find us right at the end of the hallway.

Upper Montclair Plaza (Paid - Zone 4016): Metered spaces located directly in front of our building entrance.
Bellevue Lot (Paid - Zone 4014): Metered surface lot located directly across the street.
Residential Side Streets (Free): Drive just past the commercial storefronts into the nearby residential neighborhoods. Streets branching off Valley Road and Bellevue Avenue offer free on-street parking
Anderson Park (Free): Free street parking around the perimeter of Anderson Park, just a short walk away.
