Catherine has a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy with a Systemic Sex Therapy concentration. She specializes in helping individuals and couples break free from frustrating communication cycles, navigate anger and resentment, and transform reactive conflict into meaningful connection. Catherine also supports polyamorous/CNM partnerships and diverse relationship structures, as well as individuals working through anxiety, relationship difficulties, depression, low self-esteem, and identity exploration.

Catherine brings deep expertise in Narrative Therapy, sex therapy-informed care, kink/BDSM-aware therapy, relational trauma, and boundary negotiation. She provides LGBTQIA+ affirming, culturally responsive care designed to validate and empower clients across all relationship models and walks of life. She has experience supporting clients in navigating relationship expectations and difficulties, life transitions and relational trauma.
